Spring has arrived. It is the prime market for listing a property for sale. It generally takes about 60 to 90 days to sell a property once a Contract is signed. Many buyers will begin looking for properties in the Spring once the cold and snowy weather are gone. If they have children, they will hope to be in their new property by the beginning of the school year in late August. So listing a property in April or May is the prime season.
