Nobody likes to think about his or her own mortality but estate planning and preparing a Will is important for the loved ones in your life so they know your wishes and to reduce their taxes consequences. Also, if your desires are not made clear, there could be unnecessary confusion which could cause your loved to argue and spend money and time in court. A clear and well written Last Will and Testament can resolve problems after you are no longer able to communicate your desires.
